James Caras is an educational technologies entrepreneur with over 13 years of executive leadership experience in the digital learning marketplace. He has founded of two successful companies, Science Technologies and Sapling Learning. James leverages his expertise as a science educator and digital educational publisher to promote the development of highly effective and engaging learning solutions for the problem solving disciplines of science, mathematics, engineering, and economics. James holds a BA in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
