Jamie Putorti-Sandheinrich
Biography
I am a Senior Technology Analyst for the University of Southern California’s Technology Enhanced Learning department within the Information Technology Services division. Before serving in this role, I spent the last 16 years working in IT/Systems support and Mac lab management at USC. Having honed the skills of identifying what is broken and finding the right solution to fix technologies already in place, I now research new and emerging technologies for future use at USC. My current areas of focus include: mobile technologies, video conferencing, badging, and select university wide systems. In my spare time I lead technology pilot projects, serve as a geek to non-geek translator and lurk on the Apple rumor sites. I have a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a MA in Communications Management from USC.EDUCAUSE Presentations
