Biography

I am an IT end-user support leader with 35 years of experience in IT, including 19 years in programming and application support and 16 years serving IT end-user support teams. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
