Jane Cox is employed at University of Idaho as the head of the ITS Portfolio and Project Management Office. She has 25+ years of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance. Jane has filled the roles of both an employee and consultant where she has gained her experience as a leader, manager, and program/project manager working in higher education, state government, and a variety of private industries, including property and casualty insurance, health insurance, retail/catalog, and utilities. Jane has presented at the Wisconsin Business Analysis Development Day Conference as well as the Iowa Business Analysis Development Day Conference. She has given many presentations on a proprietary Requirements Value Chain and Framework and has had the same opportunities with a proprietary Quality Control methodology to consultants across the State of Wisconsin. Through her many years of experience she has coached and consulted on Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Control.
