Biography

I'm an attorney specializing in employment, education and privacy law.  I have more than 20 years of in-house counsel experience in large organizations, including 14 years as in-house counsel for two Boston colleges and universities.  I worked closely on legal and business initiatives with my institutions' IT departments and leadership.  My current law practice primarily services institutions of higher education, non-profits, and educational vendors.  I am certified in U.S. privacy law by the IAPP.  My practice also covers intellectual property issues.  I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York.  Please see my website: https://www.faulknerlegal.com
