Biography

Janet Stackpole has a master’s in information systems management and 20 years of IT experience in the areas of IT security and healthcare.  Janet is currently at the Ohio State University as a Senior Security Analyst in Enterprise Security focusing on third-party IT risk management.  In addition, Janet is in a leading role in the implementation of a shared third-party IT risk management platform for the Big Ten Academic Alliance.  This platform provides a common IT risk framework among participating universities.  Prior to her current role, Janet was a Senior Director and HIPAA Security Officer in the healthcare industry.
