Janet Linkous

Biography

Janet Linkous is the Information Technology Manager for University Development and the Alumni Association at Virginia Tech. During her 21 years at the university she has been involved with various phases of systems implementations including custom development, maintenance of custom systems, implementation of purchased solutions and maintenance of those solutions. During the past 6 years she has been involved with the university's implementation of SCT Banner working with the General Person, Student and Alumni Development Modules.

Janet has been an active CUMREC participant since 1986. She served 6 years on the Board of Directors and was secretary , vice president, vice chair and chair. In 2000, she was the General Chair of CUMREC 2000.
