Dr. Jase Teoh, a distinguished academic professional, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at the Maritime Academy. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as the Director of Academic Technology at California State University, Stanislaus, where she successfully led strategic initiatives to enhance the technological landscape of the institution. Before that, Dr. Teoh held the prestigious position of Director of Educational Technology at Saint Mary's College, CA, demonstrating her proficiency in steering educational technology endeavors. Her career trajectory also includes a significant role as a Faculty Instructional Technologist at the State University of New York Empire State College at Long Island, NY. During her tenure, she contributed to the advancement of instructional technology, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Dr. Teoh's commitment to academia extends to her role as an online instructor for the Master of Arts in Learning and Emerging Technologies program. Dr. Teoh is a distinguished scholar, having earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Illinois State University. Complementing her doctoral credentials, she holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
