Biography

I am a higher education leader and doctoral scholar specializing in digital teaching and learning and instructional innovation. As Director of Digital Teaching and Learning at Shaw University, I lead institution-wide initiatives in LMS strategy, faculty development, and the integration of AI tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success.

My interests within the EDUCAUSE community focus on advancing AI in higher education, supporting scalable faculty development, and leveraging technology to drive equitable, data-informed learning experiences.
