Biography

My name is Jason Taylor, and I am currently a training designer and facilitator for the not-for-profit organization, Western Joint Electrical Training Society (WJETS).  Previously, my journey included 15 years as a college level facilitator and designer in both the Canadian provinces of British Columbia and Alberta.  Additionally, I am a proud member of the SkillsCanada Team, as an Expert (training manager).  Prior to delving into Academia, I held the position of construction manager for the City of Calgary Information Technology Department.  This all comes following my honorable release of 15 years of proud service within the Canadian Armed Forces.

My education currently includes:

Master of Arts degree in learning and Technology through Royal Roads University

Diploma of Adult Education through Vancouver Community College

Master Electrician Certificate through Southern Alberta Institute of Technology

Journeyman Electrician Certificate through Southern Alberta Institute of Technology
