Biography

Jason is the Senior Director of Client Services and Technology at Bowdoin College. He is responsible for the Service Desk, A/V and Multimedia Services, Telecommunications, Equipment Services, Loaning Services and Desktop Systems Engineering (including all classroom, labs and public computers). Jason also oversees Bowdoin's complete Symantec/Altiris infrastructure including the Symantec Management platform, Deployment Solution, Asset Management and ServiceDesk as well as all printing services, Pharos/Uniprint, license managers, keyserver, MDM, Acronis Access and other file access servers and services. Prior to his current position Jason worked for 3 years as a Systems Engineer, 4 years as Lab Manager and 4 years as a Help Desk Specialist giving him insight into specifics of client support. Jason holds several major certifications from VMware, Apple, HDI and Altiris.
