Biography

A thought leader, award-winning facilitator and best-selling author, Dr. Jason “Jay” Pugh has nearly two decades of teaching, training, and educational development experience. With a Ph.D. in Instructional Management & Leadership from Robert Morris University, Dr. Pugh has a wealth of knowledge with conducting synchronous and asynchronous training and developing course materials for both live and online workshop sessions. 

In his role as Head of Leadership Growth, he oversees the growth and development of facilitators and develops sales opportunities to put Leadership and Development engagement at the forefront of 21st Century Learning. His areas of specialization include Strategic Engagement, Psychological Engagement, and Instructional Leadership Practices.
