Biography

Dr. Jason Spartz has long supported the academic technology initiative at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. First as a Media Technician, then as an Information Technology Manager, and for the past decade as the Director of Instructional Technology at the undergraduate college campus. His technical background, strong understanding of faculty instructional needs, and user experience expectations align well to engage in the transitional challenges impacting face-to-face, blended, and online learning environments. Specific areas of interest include the impact of technology on student learning and faculty instruction along with innovative change relating to organization development. Jason has a diploma in Audio Technology, B.S. in Information Technology, M.A. in Education, and an Ed.D in Leadership.
