Biography

As a proud TechSmithie, Jason Valade is an Instructional Designer & Credentialed ATD Master Trainer on the Customer Education team. Over the past 9 years, he has crafted numerous tutorials, conducted hundreds of webinars, and facilitated dozens of in-person and online training sessions on Camtasia, Snagit, and other TechSmith offerings. As a former classroom educator, he has utilized his teaching methods to design experiences to reach TechSmith users at their skill level, to gain knowledge, or refresh their toolbox. He is a proud graduate of Western Michigan University with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. Oh, and he is on a constant mission to create and consume excellent BBQ!
