Javier Torner

Biography

Dr. Javier Torner is the Information Security Officer at California State University San Bernardino where coordinates and oversees the implementation of information security initiatives and measures for the campus telecommunications network and computer systems. Dr. Torner is the Activities Director for a US Department of Education Cooperative Title V Grant Improving Access to Information Systems at Hispanic Serving Institutions which addresses information security issues at the participating institutions. Dr. Torner is a Professor of Physics with a specialty in high energy and computational physics.
