Biography
Jay Maylor is the IT Business Systems Support Lead at Washington State University. He plays a significant role in operational support and planning for information technology business systems. Recent projects include the campus wide security review and lock down, the PCI compliant central payment site, the departmental employment personal / payroll enhancement project and the Health Care Authority Reconciliation project.EDUCAUSE Presentations
