Director of Business Intelligence for the University of Tennessee and Lecturer in Business Analytics for Lincoln Memorial University. IT leader since 2000, progressively responsible experience in education, financial, and retail industries. BA in computer science and business administration from Rhodes College; MS in information science from Pennsylvania State University; Ed.D. in higher and adult education from University of Memphis. Doctoral research is on the impact of IT management practices on the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations. Graduate of the Educause Leadership Institute.
