Biography

Jay Elvove is the Manager of Client Relations at the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at the University of Maryland College Park. The position, which reports to the Vice President and CIO, is responsible for coordinating and streamlining interactions between OIT and campus constituents, tracks customer satisfaction with OIT services, and fosters and maintains partnerships with university academic and administrative IT units. Jay is also a member of the University Senate and sits on the University Sustainability Council. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Systems Management and several undergraduate degrees, among them, History, Film, Psychology, and Computer and Information Science.
