Biography
Jean Neff has been working for the Information Technologies Department at the University of Delaware for over fifteen years. Six years ago Jean helped establish the University's ResNet program and continues to assist with the program's implementation. She has also been working to develop strategies to help educate University students about their school's computing policies. Jean recently earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. Her research includes examining ways to reduce computing policy violations in an educational setting.
