Jean-Francois Van de Poel
Biography
Born in the belgian region of Borinage, I left my country after completing my bachelor to join international cooperation agency. I worked for the "Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie" for almost a decade and was posted respectively in various cities in Vietnam. After completing a master degree in IT application in education and training, I joined the University of Liege where I am working as an instructional coordinator for the Virtual Campus department. My favorite topics and actual fields of research are : democracy of access to education, community of practice, self directed learning and motivation in education.EDUCAUSE Presentations
