Biography
Jeannette Shaffer is an experienced higher education professional with a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and a background in faculty development, online learning, and academic innovation. She has led Centers for Teaching and Learning, supported large-scale instructional technology initiatives, and developed programs to help faculty integrate emerging tools, including AI, into their teaching. Her work focuses on improving teaching effectiveness, supporting digital transformation in higher education, and preparing institutions for the future of learning.
