Jeff Chatham


Jeff Chatham is the Assistant Director of Information Technology Services at the University of South Dakota at Vermillion, South Dakota, where he is involved in identifying, planning, and implementing infrastructure and business support systems for the Information Technology Services department, develops and produces management reports, and provides IT research support. His recent project portfolio includes the development of a data collection and dashboard reporting tool for IT operations, and development and implementation of a project management process and system. His background in technology includes 9 years with Gateway from 1989 to 1998, where he was responsible for their first product development function, the establishment of a training and performance management system for human resources, and as head of Customer Support Quality during the period of time when the company grew from under 100 to more 25,000 employees worldwide.
