Biography

I have been involved in web development and management since 1996 and in the Higher Education IT industry since 1999 beginning at Northern Arizona University. At NAU I led the University in the first stages of personalization and web content management. At CSU Sacramento, I manage the enterprise learning management system, the campus portal, the mobile app, web content management as well as campus-wide development and strategy. I excel in the design and delivery of information technology infrastructures and applications. I am particularly interested in organizational leadership, UI design, web design best practices, mobile strategy & deployment, content management systems, and software application development.
