Biography

Jeff Dixon is Vice-President, Education at Traction on Demand. An innovator in CRM for education, he has supported Salesforce implementations in schools across North America for a range of use cases including Recruitment & Admissions, Student Services, Alumni Engagement, Corporate Relations, and Student Health. Jeff previously served as Associate Director, Salesforce at Smith School of Business, Queen's University, and is an alum of the Salesforce Higher Education Advisory Council. A lifelong learner, he has a BComm (Hon), MDiv, MSc (Epidemiology), and is currently completing a PhD in Digital Strategy at Smith.
