I am an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the field, including 11 in higher education. My primary focus is end-user and classroom technology support. I am also an Extron Certified AV associate.
In my current role at Thomas College, I oversee the college Service Desk, supervising 13 student employees who handle technology and circulation support for the college. I also conduct technical trainings as needed for over 200 faculty and staff members.
