Jeffrey Carpenter is a senior consultant with IBM with over six years of experience consulting in the Higher Education and Learning space. Mr. Carpenter has worked on a range of higher education initiatives including eLearning readiness assessments, IT strategic planning and governance, and student services process reengineering. For the past three years Mr. Carpenter has worked with a team to build and operate eArmyU for the United States Army. In particular, Mr. Carpenter has worked extensively on improving the integration and quality of virtual student support services to improve student satisfaction with and success in eArmyU courses.
