Biography

As UND's Vice Provost for Strategic Programming, Analytics, & Eeffectiveness, I work to assist the President, Provost, and Deans to create and expand strategic educational opportunities for UND’s current and future students, while also ensuring that the necessary services supporting such expansion are in place. My recent efforts have focused on increasing competency-based, adaptive learning, and flexible course and program options, introducing innovative digital tools for better student support; integrating real-world, work experiences into academic coursework and programs; opening new channels for reaching those underserved by higher education; increasing access, streamlining processes, and removing barriers to higher education; and integrating academic and financial data to support data-informed decision-making . Finally, I continue to work directly with students and greatly enjoy teaching two competency-based, non-term courses in psychology.
