Jeff Lemich

Biography

Jeff Lemich is a Senior IT Consultant and Chief Architect of Core Student Systems in the Division of Information Technology at the University of Maryland. He has been designing and building software systems at Maryland for over 31 years. His group of dedicated software developers has created a Student Information System fully from scratch that is second to none. His group has also developed an extensive faculty appointment system, a research administration system, and data warehouse. Jeff’s primary expertise is in very large system architecture, creative solutions to complex problems, multiple platform support, and system integration. Jeff and his staff have presented many of their systems at Educause and CUMREC.
