Jen Mein
Biography
Jen Mein is a host/facilitator of conversations that matter working to bring people together to explore complex issues while creating the space for individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize their potential. Known as a gentle yet powerful leader she can sense the needs of the group and can facilitate positive change in creative ways. After 16 years of working in IT, most recently serving as the Associate Technology Director for the largest college at the University of Minnesota, Jen now works as an organizational effectiveness consultant working across the University of Minnesota system supporting the IT community.EDUCAUSE Presentations
