Biography

I am an educational technology leader with 24 years of experience in higher education, specializing in instructional technology, faculty support, digital learning, and technology integration. I serve as Associate Director in the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology at the University of West Florida, where I lead initiatives focused on teaching innovation, learning technologies, faculty development, and digital transformation. I hold a doctorate in Instructional and Performance Technology and have extensive experience supporting LMS and educational technology ecosystems, leading cross-functional projects, evaluating and implementing learning tools, and helping faculty navigate emerging technologies, including AI in teaching and learning. My work is grounded in collaboration, relationship-building, and creating meaningful connections between pedagogy, technology, and student success.
