Biography

Award-winning Learning and Development Manager, with a focus on digital skills and performance consulting. I have worked in the UK Higher Education sector since 2004; previously I worked as a freelance trainer in Silicon Valley. Currently Head of the Digital Skills Lab at London School of Economics and Political Science. I hold numerous training, management and technical qualifications and am keenly interested in developing effective, engaging development programmes that promote learner independence.
