Jen Bartlett

Biography

Jennifer A. Bartlett, Oral History Librarian, is responsible for oral history reference and research requests, workflow, and instruction at the Louie B. Nunn Center for Oral History at the University of Kentucky Libraries. She served as interim associate dean for teaching, learning, and research at UK Libraries from 2016 to 2020 and has worked in reference services, access services, and management and administration in both academic and public libraries. She is the co-editor of Practical Academic Librarianship: The International Journal of the SLA Academic Division, co-editor of Libraries That Learn: Keys to Managing Organizational Knowledge (ALA Editions, 2019), and author of Knowledge Management: A Practical Guide for Librarians (Rowman & Littlefield, 2021). She holds a master’s degree in library science from Indiana University and a master’s degree in English from Murray State University.
