Biography

My areas of expertise include product and course management, assessment, curriculum support, and developmental training. My strengths are facilitation, instruction, coaching, and customized technology support that promote student learning and success. I have extensive writing and training experience. I am proud to serve as the ITS Teaching and Learning Product Manager. In this role, I manage product strategy, user needs, product launches, and provide direct management of academic technologies that support statewide UTHSC faculty, staff, and students.
