I am Chief Information Officer at Susquehanna University with over 20 years of experience in IT in higher education. I have a strong background in all facets of IT including network infrastructure, systems, help desk, and end user support. As a leader I have demonstrated strengths in IT strategy, communication, budget development and management, business plan development and implementation, managing large and multifaceted projects, and building strong and diverse teams.
I hold a Master of Science in Information Management and a Certificate of Advanced studies in Data Science from Syracuse University, a Certificate in Women's Leadership from Cornell University, and a BT in Network Administration from Morrisville State College. I have completed the Educause Institute Management and Leadership Programs as well as the Hawkins Leadership Roundtable. I'm also a Crucial Conversations certified trainer, a Getting Things Done certified trainer, and am ITIL Foundations certified.
