Jennifer Domnick

Biography

Jennifer Domnick is responsible for Enterprise Service Management and the ServiceNow application at NC State University. In this role, Jennifer provides strategic direction and supports digital transformation initiatives that leverage the ServiceNow platform to deliver outcomes for colleges and administrative divisions.

She is an active member of the university’s Women in Tech and Women in Tech+ communities. Jennifer holds a B.S. from Loyola University Chicago and has continued her learning journey through Bradley University’s Center for Leadership and DePaul University’s Value-Centered Leadership School of Public Service. She holds certifications in Six Sigma, Organizational Change Management, and IT Service Management.

Jennifer also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Networking and Computer Technologies at Wake Technical Community College.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Jennifer fuels her lifelong passion for serving children by volunteering as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and participating in a variety of fundraising activities that support children’s charities. On weekends, you can often find her biking the Neuse River Greenway Trail, part of North Carolina’s Mountains-to-Sea Trail.
