Biography

Jennifer Wilken serves as Director of Enrollment Analysis for the Office of the University Provost at Arizona State University. She leads a team of analysts in institutional research, data wrangling, and data-driven story-telling to inform planning and policy around enrollment, financial aid, student success and other university data-centered strategies. Jennifer holds a M.A. in Religious Studies (ASU) and a B.S. in Mathematics (OSU). Her professional trajectory led her through the world of bond market analytics, software development, consulting, and program management before a turn toward university administration. Jennifer writes and teaches about leadership, transformation, creativity and curiosity.
