Biography

Jeralyn Woodall is the Assistant Vice-President for Business Planning & Fiscal Management and Chief Talent Officer for OU IT. She is responsible for the Business Operations Team, the Project and Portfolio Management Office and leads the Talent & Organizational Programs team responsible for workforce planning, talent sourcing, talent recruiting, on-boarding, leadership development, career development, student internship programs, and customer service programs. Jeralyn works closely with the Vice-President for Information Technology and CIO as well as the Executive Leadership Team to strategically prepare OU IT's workforce for current and future business challenges and to establish a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes the organization's core values of generosity, respect, enthusiasm, adaptability, and truthfulness. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Jeralyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Administrative Leadership. She has worked for the University since 1989 and during her tenure, has served in a variety of roles including Director of Enterprise Applications and Director of Operations.
