Biography
I am the Vice President of Institutional Research at Collin College where I provide district-wide leadership for institutional research and information technology. In this capacity, I contribute to creating a data-informed culture and driving digital transformation aimed at expanding access and success for diverse learners. My professional background includes leadership of analytics, technology, innovation, instructional design, career services, student success, registrar and records, project management, partnerships and non-credit learning, while my career started as a high school teacher. I hold a BS in history education from Central Connecticut State University, an MS in educational technology from Eastern Connecticut State University, and an EdD in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University.

Adaptive learning systems personalize online learning based on student data, offering insights on performance and learning preferences. The system launched at The American Women's College has resulted in participants graduating at twice the national rate.
