Biography

Jeremy Olguin is the Senior Director of IT Support Services, User Experience and Strategic Initiatives at Chico State, where he oversees digital accessibility, technology training, web services, IT support services, IT procurement review and the Center for Technology Equity. He brings a strong background in accessibility, equity, and inclusive education, with a career rooted in creating more inclusive digital and learning environments. Jeremy has held roles advancing digital accessibility across the CSU system, including at CSU Monterey Bay, CSU East Bay, Chico State, and Bellevue College in Washington. He holds a B.A. in Social Science from Chico State, an M.S. in Instructional Science from CSU Monterey Bay, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from CSU Channel Islands.
