Biography

I am the Media Services Specialist at the Jones Media Center at Dartmouth College. In this position my primary responsibility is to oversee our growing media reserves services and deliver an accurate reliable end product for our students and faculty. We have a reserves system which supports over 120 classes and nearly 700 streaming items per 10 week term and continues to grow, presenting numerous challenges along the way. In addition to my work with course reserves I also conduct software workshops for the Dartmouth community and assist with other end-user questions as they relate to multimedia editing hardware and software applications. Beginning in the spring I will be pursuing a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on how technology affects us psychologically, sociologically and culturally. Away from the office I have a passion for ice hockey and work as a referee at various age levels throughout the year.
