Biography
Jerry Niebaum is currently on special assignment to the Kansas Board of Regents Office as Planning Coordinator for KAN-ED, a statewide broadband network for schools, hospitals, and libraries. He also serves as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Information Services at the University of Kansas, where he has been for more than 20 years. He holds degrees from the University of Kansas (B.S.), Northwestern University (M.A.) and Iowa State University (Ph.D.).
