Biography

Jerry is the Director of Digital Learning Support at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. His unit is responsible for supporting faculty and students use of technology in teaching and learning to meet their academic and personal goals.  Previously, Jerry was the Director of the IT Support Services overseeing the Help Desk, lab and classroom technical support, and technical repair and troubleshooting of individual computing systems. Jerry also served as Director of UMW's Division of Teaching and Learning Technologies (DTLT). He has worked at UMW since 1999, initially in the role of Instructional Technology Specialist. Jerry holds a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia.
