I lead HireEducation, a recruitment firm founded in 2010 by Mark Phillips, dedicated to helping mission‑driven education companies build exceptional teams. Over the past four years, I’ve partnered with startups, nonprofits, and established organizations to connect them with the right talent to grow and scale their impact.
With a background spanning education, marketing, and growth leadership, I bring a unique perspective to talent strategy in the education sector.
