Jessica Mansbach

Biography

I help colleges and universities solve complex challenges in instructional design, faculty development, and academic operations—turning institutional goals into scalable, evidence-based learning solutions.

I am a higher education and learning strategist with 10+ years of experience advising academic leaders, supporting faculty, and designing programs that strengthen teaching, curriculum, and student learning. My work blends consulting, instructional design, and organizational development to improve outcomes across academic units.

My Ph.D. in Higher, Adult & Lifelong Education from Michigan State University and MSW shaped my belief that strong academic systems start with people. That perspective drives the reflective, collaborative way I lead and support institutions.
