I’m Jessica Owens, Managing Director of Higher Education PeopleSoft, with over 15 years of experience helping higher education institutions optimize their operations. I’m passionate about using technology to drive innovation and improve student success, and I’ve built my career around delivering impactful, forward-thinking solutions.

My expertise spans full PeopleSoft implementations, production support, training, system integrations, upgrades, and changeovers. I specialize in Academic Advisement and enhancing the overall Student Experience—two areas where I’ve helped institutions boost efficiency, streamline processes, and better serve their students.
