Sometimes the most effective path to progress is to capitalize on shared passion among individuals with a variety of skills and roles.
I have worked in higher education for over 15 years. The majority of my career was as an academic advisor, and, eventually, Coordinator of Advising in the Department of Biological Sciences at NC State University. In this position, I work to support faculty, disseminate best practices, and provide professional development for instructors who would like to use digital tools to teach.
