Biography

Jill serves as Director of ITS Finance and Portfolio Management for Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  In this role, she manages a team responsible for budget and operational activities, project and portfolio management. Since joining WPI in 2018, Jill has led large technology initiatives including the implementation of Workday Student, PowerFAIDS, Zoom Phone, HaloITSM, and the retirement of WPI’s legacy ERP system, Banner.  Jill earned an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and has maintained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Inc. since 2009.
