Biography

Jim is Chief of Staff and Senior Director, Technology Services, at Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina and has been involved in computing in an academic setting for over 30 years. Previous experience included work as a manufacturing engineer and as a high school teacher and basketball coach.
