Executive Summary

Jim Flowers is a results driven client facing senior executive with world-class business background in consulting and 25 years (Accenture,  IBM) of complex sales and global solution delivery in numerous industry sectors and across multiple SaaS platforms (e.g.  Oracle, Workday, Infor, SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan).  His experience includes: building strong personal trusted advisor relationships with the C-Suite decision makers in large and mid-size Higher Education and Commercial Organizations, building high-performing sales and delivery teams for software and services organizations, leading large ERP business modernization initiatives and building partnerships with Software vendors.  Given his rich experience, Jim brings a proven sales and delivery methodology and thought leadership for regional/territory account planning, managing sales and delivery teams that deliver complex applications.   Jim has sold and delivered ten Business Transformations ($30M-200M+ Deal Size) in Commercial Sector, Higher Education and Public Sector organizations.  He has the ability to work at all levels of the organization (Governor’s office, Budget Office, CFO, CIO, CHRO, Directors and Solution Architects).  He has created a Blueprint Agile Methodology for successfully delivering Cloud Solutions.
