Biography

Jim Russell is the CIO and Vp for Digital Strategy and Planning at Manhattanville College. Previously her served the City University of New York as the Academic Integration Manager for an ERP implementation at CUNY and as the Director of Instructional Technology at Baruch College, a senior college in the City University of New York. His research interest include organizational change, analytics, private sector methodologies in higher education and government, and learning technologies. He holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from Kutztown University and has more than 30 years of experience in higher education.
